So this is just something that sparked my interest while I sat here at work. It’s slightly based around my need to convert but it does look like fun.

So what you have here is a lot of punch. The core list revolves around 35 CSM that contain 16 special/heavy weapons. This is the scoring and ranged portion of the list for the most part. This in turn is supported by the seriously killy portion of the list which consists of the Lord and his escorting spawn, dual heldrakes with bale flamers, screamers, and flamers.
The Masque is a fun choice. For 100pts I get a model that can’t be ignored since it still can move your models. I feel that in a average turn we’re talking about moving 2 units 3”-4”. Combining this with Heldrakes and Flamers means a very real chance that this model can ensure the destruction of entire units. Not to mention the help of pulling things in closer for combats with the lord and screamers. Overall seems like a fun list. I’m a little torn on the troops though as whenever I include allies I always feel light on troops. This is an option in the troop department:

This requires losing 3 points. I’d basically have to drop the VotLW on my lord.

It’s a lot of AP4 shots that come out of these units. Granted the range isn’t amazing but 54 St4 shots isn’t something to sneeze at. Though they aren’t quite as resilient as the marines but they do have a slightly higher damage output outside of rapid fire range.
Lastly you could go for the resilience game:

It’s extremely resilient but doesn’t provide any true offensive capability.
