Frankenstein’s Lab-A Haemonculi Coven Army

So this army is going to combine a few things that I like but I will tell you right off the bat it's going to lack a little bit of anti-tank. I've been thinking of ways that I would run a themed Haemonculi list and this is one of the better ideas I've hashed out.

Well right off the bat you can see how many Dark Lances or Blasters we don't have. You'll question whether or not this can compete with the dreaded mech! In my opinion it can. Here is how I see this army working.
The Webway Haemonculi start the game with 5-man Wrack Squads in Raiders. You deploy the rest of the raiders, preferably in a spot where fire lanes are more limited. If you're going first you can arrange things a little more aggressively. I'd recommend keeping an extra raider near each of the raiders the WWP Haemon start in just to make sure that if one goes down you'll have a transport for your portal.

You'll be leaving the Talos, Cronos, and Beast Masters in reserves and deploying the Agoniser Haemons w/the Grotesques. On your first turn you'll move the WWP Raiders up 12" and deploy the portals. This should mean that the something coming out of the portal will be starting 30" in on the table. It's important to bracket the enemy which is the reason for 2 portals. Hopefully you see a decent turnout on reserve rolls turn 2 and can start the pain train rolling. The Cronos is in there to feed tokens to the Talos because once those bad boys get FnP they are a handful to take down. The Beast Masters are fun, decently hitting units at this size and can easily represent crazy science projects gone awry in Haemonculus labs which is why they are in the army.

Is it the most competitive DE list? No but I think it could be fun. It's the kind of list you take to a comped event because it's "themed" and pretty fluffy. Just a little something different from my other army lists which tend to be a bit more….nasty J
