Well I had 2 posts just go missing. Which is annoying to no end but I'm gonna put this up as a stop gap until I get the other ones ready to roll again.
So we're going to start with a scaled down version of my current GK list for this. I don't actually know how solid the 2k list is yet since I won't be trying it out until tomorrow. I'll let you guys know how that goes but for now here is the first attempt!

Psychotroke over rad; far more psychological value in game play purposes, and frankly ridiculous results a high % of the time.
I like Rad but thats only from reading the codex. I have no real world experience with them.
Blogger being down sux'd. I lost an article and the time to write another.
What's your plan for psychic defense? Do you think you need it? I run my sister's without a hood but they have the 5+ sheild of faith.
just wondering.
The enhanced Aegis is pretty damn good bubble of defence - I mean really most people only worry about the offensive side of things - null zone / jaws / doom - and making them a -4 check (I.E 50/50 chance) with the dreads is actually better than a hood (though having that PLUS a hood is even better.
Today I ran a unit of Pallies w/ Libby + Inq (TDA/PsyC) and they were pretty insane - really loved the unit. I want to test the GKM as I think he's a pretty damn good tool box as well.
@mvb - I agree - I'd rather one of those random effects than the -1T most of the time (1 out of 6 times to be exact lol).
This may be the army I play (All-Infantry Jump BA), but I see this army falling apart to a certain degree at close range. There are just too many points into the Strike Squad and Paladins, and if the Paladins are held up with a tarpit or units with an invul, the counter-assault is gone.
I actually lean towards the MSU style with more shooting, as this list seems to put too much into the one counter assualt at the expense of shooting. Playtest this alot to see if the theory is true.
I agree on the Rad Grenades versus Psychotroke.
An alternative could be dropping the paladins and psybolt ammo on the strike squads for a GKT squad with Psycannon and a unit of Purgators with 4 incinerators and a rhino for handling close-up threats
@Mike
After a tournament yesterday I'm in total agreement for the Psychostroke grenades. They were just nasty against me.
@Eric
I think your thinking of using pallies differently than I am. You have some valid points but they don't quite fit into what I'm looking at.
