It's a rough draft but I like how this works in my head. It's got lots of staying and hitting power. It's got deployment options. It does lack for anti-tank outside of combat (a whopping 2 Dark Lances and 3 Haywire Launchers) but I think it can hang even with that since it's a fast list in general. It's different so people might have some issues with it. 3 Taloi are extremely hard to bring down assuming you've put a bit of hurt on the Long Fang Equivelants before they come out of the portal. Thoughts?

With only one webway portal, do you fear you might not actually be in a position to deploy it efficiently?
